Dominique Smith, better known as Coach Domo by the Diamond Dolls, is a native of Alexandria, Virginia. There, Coach Domo helped start a step team in middle school and was a founding member of Impulse Dance Team in high school. He is trained in Liturgical, Hip-Hop and Mime. Coach Domo was also a member of his church step team “BBC Elite Steppers” as well as the first and only male dancer of the Dance team. Coach Domo now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina since his Sophomore year at Johnson C Smith University where he graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Sacred Music. During his time in school, he was a member of Unparalleled Modeling Troupe as a dancer and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Additionally, Coach Domo started the Mime Ministry at Mayfield Memorial Missionary Baptist Church of Charlotte,NC.
