Diamond Dolls of the QC (DDQC) is a community dance team that was established to provide character building experiences within a safe environment for young ladies in the Charlotte area. Our goal is to promote self-esteem, leadership, self-discipline, promote physical activity and assist in academic excellence through provision of competitive athletics.
We have a belief that through determination, desire and dedication you can be an exceptional athlete. There is no experience necessary, if you are committed you can become the Diamond of your dreams.

It is our mission and commitment to instill a great love of dance and competition while providing quality dance and artistic training of the highest stature. The Diamond Dolls of the QC (DDQC) promote self-confidence, self-discipline, teamwork, creativity and sportsmanship. We offer our dancers a positive creative dance experience with a foundation built on sisterhood, while promoting fun and granting exposure to new avenues. DDQC provides bountiful opportunities to perform at parades, competitions, event performances, and half-time shows. Our goal is to give each dancer the tools needed for dance to take them as far as they can dream. We ensure confidentiality and fairness amongst both our Diamonds and the parents. We have an open line of communication and promote transparency.

Diamond Dolls of the QC (DDQC) is constructed of morality and reality. This is a tough economy and we would never want to break someone’s pockets just to afford an extracurricular activity for their child. We pride ourselves on the professionalism of our entire staff from the front office to the coaches. Every coach is dedicated and passionate about what they provide to our Diamonds. We have an open door policy and will remain transparent. To grow and have success we must have the trust of our team. When your child becomes a Diamond so do you!!!

While DDQC is new we have experience in the area of dance. DDQC will perform at various events and competitions, which will result in the receipt of trophies for the various accomplishments and always be asked to come return while returning the favor and hosting other teams as guests at our event. There’s nowhere to go but UP!!! Diamond Dolls of the QC will do exactly what Diamonds do SHINE!!!
